1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our software, or redeeming any license keys, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services, products, community areas (including our Discord server), and client applications.

Lack of familiarity or failure to read this agreement does not excuse you from complying with its rules and policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Virtual Products & Licensing

All purchases and licenses are for digital, virtual goods. No physical goods or home deliveries are associated with our services.

Your software license is strictly locked to your computer's Hardware Signature (HWID). Share, lease, resale, rental, or redistribution of license keys, files, or credentials is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license and account without notice.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of our software, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

We do not offer refunds or compensations for individual configuration errors, software incompatibilities with your local operating system setup, or personal preferences (such as not liking the software).

Any attempt to open a chargeback, claim, or payment dispute with your provider will result in a permanent HWID and IP address block across all our networks, services, and associated partner channels.

4. Data Logging & Privacy

We reserve the right to securely collect and store system information required for licensing verification, security audits, and preventing access sharing. This includes HWID hashes, IP addresses, operating system configurations, and active runtime logs.

5. Disclaimer of Liability & Backups

We are not responsible for the loss, deletion, or corruption of files, license keys, or configuration profiles once they have been delivered to you. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your product access keys.

While we utilize highly robust and redundant servers and database backup architectures, in the event of a catastrophic global failure, the preservation of the product access credentials remains the responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee uninterrupted software operation.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or ban you from using our software and from participating in our Discord community at any time if you violate this agreement or behave in a malicious manner towards our services or other users.

7. Anti-Reverse Engineering & Security

You explicitly agree not to attempt to decompile, disassemble, dump memory of, debug, reverse engineer, or crack any binaries, loaders, DLLs, or services downloaded from MAD0. Analysis of network authentication, interception of API traffic, and attempt to find methods to "detect" the software for screen-sharing purposes are strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to bypass security measures or redistribute the software files without prior written approval will result in a permanent HWID/IP block and account deletion.

8. Lifetime Classification

Products or licenses classified as "Lifetime" do not imply indefinite support, server maintenance, or updates for that product. Instead, it refers to the lifetime of the product's active development lifecycle.

If a product or service is discontinued, MAD0 reserves the right to terminate support and server authentication after a reasonable grace period.
